We're Interested In:

We Don't Publish:
- ✗Fiction, poetry, or creative nonfiction
- ✗Self-help, personal development, or lifestyle books
- ✗Memoirs or autobiographies
- ✗Academic monographs intended primarily for peer review
- ✗Books outside our imprint focus areas

Proposal Requirements
Please submit the following materials as a single PDF or in a zip file:
1. Cover Letter
Brief introduction including:
- Working title and target imprint
- Why you're the right author for this book
- Estimated completion timeline
2. Book Overview (2-3 pages)
- What problem does this book solve?
- Who is the target reader?
- What will readers be able to do after reading?
- How is this book different from existing titles?
- Estimated page count and format (chapters, case studies, etc.)
3. Annotated Table of Contents
Chapter titles with 2-3 sentence descriptions of each chapter's content and purpose.
4. Sample Chapter
One complete chapter that represents your writing style and depth of coverage.
5. Author Bio/CV
Your credentials, relevant experience, and platform (speaking, consulting, teaching, etc.).
6. Competitive Analysis
List 3-5 competing or comparable books. For each, explain what it does well and what gap your book fills.

Submit Your Proposal
Email your complete proposal package to submissions@onticpublishing.com. Include the target imprint name in your subject line.
Initial Review
We'll acknowledge receipt within 5 business days. Initial review takes 4-6 weeks. We'll let you know if we'd like to move forward.
Editorial Discussion
If interested, we'll schedule a call to discuss the project, refine the concept, and ensure mutual fit.
Contract & Development
Upon acceptance, we'll negotiate terms and work with you through the manuscript development process.
